I am a loyal customer of 4-5 years who manages two websites hosted by InMotion. This organization combines reliable site hosting with outstanding, expedient customer service. While I seldom have any issues, when I do I’m never on hold for more than a minute or two. My questions are always resolved with a single brief, polite phone call. These folks are awesome. I’ve run sites on APlus (both before and after they were bought out) and GoDaddy, and wouldn’t go back to either of those companies for anything now. Inmotion just keeps everything running smoothly, all the time. The few times I’ve had to contact support have mostly involved my own errors, and I always get a friendly, knowledgeable technician on the line immediately. They’re not the cheapest hosting provider, but in my experience they’re the best.

I love inmotion! They always answer the phone quickly and their tech support is always very helpful and supportive and clearly they have not outsourced their support halfway around the world. I have used other big providers (Y) and you were always on hold for ages only to get someone whose English skills were as poor as my website skills and the mix was a disaster.
Received an alarming email yesterday and notification to change my password. My web person usually handled these sorts of things and actually set up the account with websight. After using three different firms to host my business site over the previous 10 years, I moved to InMotion Hosting for my primary business and artist/music sites. My experience with InMotion has been quite positive. They’re responsive on the support side. On the technical side I’ve had very little in the way of outages, unlike past experiences with other hosting sites.
Any time I have called for an issue, they have always taken the time to resolve whatever the problem is in a friendly, professional manner. I spoke with Mike today and he not only resolved the problem, he took the time to explain to me why it happened. I have two websites on their servers and am very happy I switched to InMotion.
I’m embarrassed to say how often I update my websites. Therefore…there is usually some little detail I forget that requires a reminder, whether it is about publishing a page, checking my C-panel, adding an email address or adding another domain. I started my own business 4 years ago and knew that one of the first things I needed was a website.
