Go Daddy

Go Daddy Review

Re-Think GoDaddy.com. 3 months of Economy Hosting for $1.99/mo.

$1.99/mo Web Hosting
GoDaddy.com was founded by Bob Parsons in 1997.  They are now the world’s largest domain name registrar.  Go Daddy’s product line includes comprehensive hosting solutions, personalized email with spam and antiphising filtering, secure ssl certificates, and web site creation and ecommerce tools.  Technology is developed in house and they do not outsource support operations.

GoDaddy.com is certainly one of the most well known hosting companies.  Everyone has probably seen their commercials during high profile events.  Race driver Danica Patrick and poker pro Vanessa Rousso are two of the Go Daddy Girls featured in their ads.

I have never used GoDaddy for hosting but purchased their domains. They seemed quite helpful and nice when I needed assistance though so I may try it one day.

Godaddy is inexpensive and has good customer support. However I do find that it is a bit slow. That is my only complaint with it, otherwise it is a good company.

I heard from some people that if you have both a GoDaddy domain and hosting that they can make it difficult for you if you want to move hosting companies or even transfer the domain name. Is this true?

Great uptime, practicaley no downtime, and the fcat that they don’t outsource? HUGE PRO in my book! Their a great provider and have left me with no intrest in using anyone else.

Probably the best customer service, hands down. They have an instant setup for programs like WordPress, making it a million times easier to use! I called them with a few questions and they were very educated with what they were doing. I enjoyed working with them, and I will continue to host with them in the future!

I like GoDaddy. The state is pretty knowledgeable and they were able to help me work with a client with the greatest of ease. I’ll be using these guys, undoubtedly, for some time. A+ service. Though, I think a few others are a tad cheaper. But customer service is truly KEY! Worth every penny!

I actually like Godaddy, but some of the customer service reps are downright rude. If you are not buying a really expensive product or paying up front for it, they really talk down to you.

Recently, I’ve been using Go Daddy to buy and manage my domains. The prices are very reasonable and they often have sales and special deals to lower prices even more. I like their web interface and the features they offer. Their website speed is sometimes a bit slow, but overall am pleased with them.
